From 2012-2020, YTH ran a variety of statewide medication adherence reminder platforms in partnership with state health departments in Oregon, Colorado, and Nebraska. Collectively, these programs reached thousands of those working to manage their HIV treatment regimens or prevent HIV through healthy living. These programs provided a private, secure way for people to set their own health reminders, created in partnership with each state’s health department. Each service allowed users to sign up for reminder messages and health tips via SMS, email, or voice messages. These services were free and confidential, allowing users to easily customize the frequency or content of their reminders to suit their medical needs.
