INSPIRED: Youth – Driven Innovation = YTH Live Opening Conversation
February 18, 2014, Oakland, CA
YTH (youth+tech+health), advancing innovations in health technologies for young people, announced today that their April 6th conference, to be held at the Hotel Kabuki in San Francisco, CA, will feature an opening conversation led by The Hunger Games actress and She’s So Boss host Jacqueline Emerson. Ms. Emerson, an innovator herself, in addition to TEDx speaker, Huffington Post Teen blogger, recording artist and actress, is a partner in the So Boss movement started by Glass Elevator Media to inspire youth towards identifying and nourishing their inner boss – a key component of well being.
The YTH Live opening panel, INSPIRED: Youth-Driven Innovation, guided by Ms. Emerson will feature 5 young innovators in the tech, mobilization and health fields. These young people will kick off the networking and learning that will take place during the following two days of the annual conference.
Jacqueline Emerson is the guide to the world of being So Boss, a movement devoted to producing media and resources for young people. Starting with a focus on girls though She’s So Boss, the brand provides media, tools and networking opportunities to help young people identify and explore the limits of their inner boss. Jacqueline embodies being So Boss; the fearlessness to put yourself out there, take risks, and pursue your dreams with as much determination and resilience as we can muster.
